Which areas do you serve?
We cover the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia—Waynesboro, Staunton, Lexington, Buena Vista, Harrisonburg, Charlottesville and nearby towns. There’s no travel fee within our core zone; beyond that, it’s $1/mile.
How do I book a real estate photography session?
Click “Book Now” on our site or give us a call. We’ll confirm the address, pick a time that fits your schedule, and get you on the calendar. If you need same-day delivery, just let us know when you book.
What’s included in your real estate photography package?
You’ll receive wide-angle shots of each room plus exterior images, all edited and sized for MLS. Add-ons include drone work, 3D tours, virtual staging, floor plans and twilight shoots at extra cost.
What is a Matterport 3D virtual tour?
It’s an interactive, online walkthrough of your property. We scan the space with a 3D camera, stitch the captures into a model, then give you an embed link for your listing.
How does virtual staging work?
Instead of moving furniture, we add it digitally. Send us empty-room photos and we return realistic, fully staged images—no heavy lifting or rental fees.
What are twilight photos and why use them?
Twilight photos are shot just after sunset to showcase interior lighting against a dusky sky. They give listings a polished look and tend to stand out online.
Do you offer drone videography and photography?
Yes. Our FAA-certified pilots capture high-resolution aerial stills and video. Stills start at $95, video starts at $165, delivered in MP4 format.
How long does it take to get my media?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours after your shoot. Choose “Same-Day Delivery” at booking for priority editing.
