Property Size
Larger homes take more time on site and produce more images. Pricing scales with square footage because a 4,500 sq ft home requires significantly more coverage than a 1,800 sq ft townhouse. Villa Views uses property square footage - not number of rooms or other variables - to keep pricing predictable.
Add-On Services
Drone photography, 3D virtual tours, floor plans, and video are all available as add-ons to a photography session. Booking them together on the same visit is more efficient and costs less than scheduling separate shoots. Drone photography as an add-on to photography is $95 vs. $150 standalone.
Delivery Speed
Standard delivery is 24 hours. If your listing goes live the same day as the shoot and you need photos immediately, same-day delivery is available for an additional $97. For most listings, standard 24-hour delivery is the right choice.
Pay at Close
Villa Views offers Pay at Close through Titus - meaning $0 is due at the time of the shoot. The full cost is repaid from your commission at closing or within 6 months. Approval takes approximately 2 minutes. All services are eligible. Learn more about Pay at Close.

Yes. Villa Views carries business liability insurance and holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate for all commercial drone work. If your brokerage or property management company needs a certificate of insurance for vendor onboarding, just ask and I will send one over.
Tell me. The first thing I will do is ask what you were expecting that you did not get, because that answer usually improves every shoot after yours, not just this one. If it is something I can correct in editing, I re-edit it. If it needs to be shot again, I reshoot it at no charge. Let me know within 7 days of delivery so the fix still helps the listing. The one exception is a reshoot needed because the property was not ready on shoot day, which I quote separately, since prep is the part of this I cannot do for you.
