Titus charges a one-time flat fee based on your credit profile — typically a small percentage of your order total. For example, a 2% fee on a $500 order means you owe $510 at closing. There are no interest charges, no ongoing payments, and no hidden fees.
What if my listing does not close within 6 months?
Titus offers an extension option if your listing is still active after 6 months. The repayment balance is tied to your Titus account, not a specific transaction, so you can repay on your own schedule if needed.
How do I select Pay at Close when booking?
Book your shoot at villaviews.co as you normally would. At checkout, you will see Pay at Close as a payment option alongside standard payment. Select it, complete the 2-minute Titus application, and you are confirmed.
When does Villa Views receive payment?
Immediately. Titus pays Villa Views as soon as you are approved — the same as a standard credit card transaction. Your shoot is confirmed and your 24-hour delivery window starts from the shoot date as normal.
