No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies, and nothing sold to anyone. Here is exactly what we collect and why.
The short version
Villa Views does not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking of any kind on this website. We set no cookies. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes. The only personal information we hold is what you give us when you contact us or book a shoot, and we use it to do the work you hired us for.
What we collect
When you use the contact form
Our contact form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message. Nothing else.
When you book a shoot
Booking happens in our client portal, which collects the information needed to schedule and deliver the job: your name, contact details, brokerage where applicable, the property address, appointment details, and the services ordered.
When we photograph a property
We create photographs, video, 3D tours, and floor plans of the property. These may show the interior and exterior of a home. We do not photograph occupants, and we ask that people and pets step out of frame during the session.
Automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server request logs, which is normal for any website and necessary to serve pages and block abuse. This site itself sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising scripts.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and provide a quote
- To schedule, perform, and deliver the work you ordered
- To invoice you and take payment
- To contact you about your booking or delivery, including by phone or text if you gave us a number
- To ask for a review after a job is delivered
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to be on.
Who else is involved
We use a small number of service providers to run the business. Each receives only what it needs, and each has its own privacy terms:
- Web3Forms delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
- HD Photo Hub powers our client portal at portal.villaviews.co, where booking, scheduling, invoicing, and media delivery happen.
- Cloudflare hosts and serves this website.
- Livid hosts sample videos. Videos on this site are click-to-load, so nothing is requested from the video host unless you press play.
- Titus provides Pay at Close financing. This only applies if you choose that option, and their own terms and privacy policy govern the financing itself.
We do not sell your personal information, and we have never done so.
Photographs and your property
Villa Views retains the copyright in the media we produce, and we may use that work in our portfolio, on this website, on social media, and in our own marketing. If you would prefer a specific property not appear in our marketing, tell us and we will honor that. See Photo Rights & Licensing for how usage works on your side.
How long we keep things
Enquiries and correspondence are kept as long as they are useful for serving you and for our own records. Completed job files and media are retained so past clients can come back for them. If you want your contact details removed from our records, ask and we will do it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Email sean@villaviews.co and we will respond. If you would rather not receive texts or calls about a booking, say so and we will use email only.
Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
